Our trainers

Our trainers are our pride! The quality of our training, which has a student satisfaction level of 95%, depends on the trainer. Each STAGEMAN training session is led by an outstanding expert with a passion for transferring their knowledge. As a result, our training sessions always receive the highest scores and are trusted by customers. You can learn about some of our trainers below.

Jakub B. Bączek is the pioneer in leisure-time animation in Central Europe and, being the first to write about the subject, has written the following books – Women's volleyball (2005), The Animator's Handbook (2008), Leisure-time animation (2009), and Event psychology (2011) – together with a lot more publications in this field. He gained a Master's degree in pedagogy, physical education, and social work, but his main interests became psychology and animation. He holds training sessions all over Europe. People come from all over Europe to attend his sessions and his books are also very popular (Leisure-time animation is now in its 5th edition). He was an animator in: Majorca, Switzerland, Germany, Crete, Tunisia, Zakynthos, Turkey, and Jamaica, as well as many other places. He has undertaken work for TVN, Radio Zet and Neckermann. In 2010 he was awarded the prestigious title of  'Patron of Health' in recognition of his professional activities. In 2012 he was awarded the title of 'Patron of Education' by the VITAL Fouondation. He teaches at universities, advises tour operators and his work is published in newspapers such as: "Hotelarz" (Hotel Owners monthly), "Rynek Turystyczny" (Tourism Industry) or "Psychologia Biznesu" (Business Psychology). His training sessions are packed with passion and enthusiasm – as well as passing on his invaluable knowledge he ensures students receive a lot of energy and inspiration.

Paweł Cieślak is a political science graduate with specialization in media and social communication. The  most talented student of Jakub B. Bączek - Polish animation guru of leisure-time animation. For more than 5 years he has delivered animation and pedagogy courses in Central Europe. In his work, he uses his animation skills during events for well-known Polish companies. His speciality is children's animation. With his huge experience and passion, he runs training courses on leisure-time animation and other practical workshops, effectively sharing his knowledge about the field of modern tourism. Every day he organizes and conducts training courses on animation projects throughout Central Europe. He plays volleyball and he is a frequent Facebook visitor. He has organized several fashion shows.

Joanna Gradomska is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, where she gained an MA in education, with specializations in socio-cultural animation and social work of rehabilitation. A passionate animator, activist, sociable person, and trainer, she enjoys educational games and sports animation. Her adventure with fun, animation and pedagogy began 11 years ago as a colony caregiver, then she gained experience as an animator with TUI Switzerland and STAGEMAN in Greece and Poland. Currently, she works in the event industry organizing events for children. She loves people. She is very optimistic and willing to share her knowledge of training. Animation is a great experience for students, who come from training sessions loaded with not only knowledge but also good humour!

Tomasz Misztal graduated from the School of Business - National Louis University in Nowy Sacz, where he earned a master's degree in Human Resource Management. For 8 years he has been actively working with various groups of consumers, leading both juggling workshops and education in business. He has been colaborating with STAGEMAN since the animation camp in Zakopane, 2010. He specializes in incentive trips for companies – his experience includes incentives and animations in Morocco, Tunisia, on Rhodes, Corfu and the Canary Islands. His passion is  working with people. In his work he is guided by the motto "Live your dreams instead of dreaming of life." He is an accomplished student of the modern school of animation of Jakub B. Bączek, and uses a variety of tools in his workshops.
